Every conveyancing instruction is overseen by Peter on a daily basis. Peter was admitted as an attorney on 1994, and as a conveyancer in 1997. He has extensive experience in all aspects of property law, including drafting of property agreements. We believe that this provides an excellent foundation for the specialist conveyancing service that the practice renders.

Megan attends to the daily running and operation of every conveyancing transaction in the practice. Megan was admitted as an attorney in 2015. She has a keen eye for detail, and a love of all things administrative; she is employed by the conveyancing practice on a full-time basis, and she liaises daily with parties to a conveyancing transaction, property practitioners, deeds office officials, SARS, and municipalities around the country.

Mike was admitted as an attorney in 2015. Mike’s practice at Vermaak-Marshall-Wellbeloved is centred on litigation in property and commercial disputes, advising clients on aspects of insolvency, issues of property law and contractual drafting. Mike assists Peter in the management of the conveyancing firm (particularly finances) and offers advice on the firm’s matters.

Greg was admitted as an attorney in 1994. In his Vermaak-Marshall-Wellbeloved practice. Greg has considerable experience in the enforcement of property rights, and advising lessors and land owners. Greg provides key insights and advice to clients in the conveyancing practice.
